The Pen-Y-Bryn Annex in Brynmenin is a hidden gem offering a plush and cosy stay. Beautifully laid out and finished to the highest standards, the annex provides fantastic facilities and a super comfy bed. The hosts, Clare & Neil, were warm and welcoming, accommodating our early check-in request for a wedding nearby. Fresh milk and water were thoughtful touches, and the powerful shower was a delight. Highly recommended for its value for money and convenient location.
Felt fine, nothing to complain about.

The value for money at this annex was exceptional. The room exceeded expectations with its high standards and cleanliness. The location was perfect, surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside, and there were plenty of local amenities nearby. The hosts, Clare & Neil, provided impeccable service and made us feel welcomed. a hidden gem that comes highly recommended.
The breakfast menu could benefit from having a curtain over the front door, creating an even cozier atmosphere and reducing daylight. Nonetheless, this suggestion is just a minor idea to enhance the experience.

Had an awesome Xmas stay at this cozy annex! The newly fitted out accommodation was spotless and had everything we needed. The hosts were incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early for our Xmas get-together. The location was perfect, with local amenities just a short distance away. We loved the private outdoor seating area where we could relax and enjoy the beautiful Welsh countryside. Plus, the shower was super powerful!
While the annex was great overall, there were a couple of downsides. The plexiglass roof made it quite noisy during heavy rain, and the lack of a proper door between the kitchen and bedroom amplified the sound.
